SF Opera Directions:
Meet at the back of the theatre on
the north side (toward Franklin Street), there is the stage entrance. There is
a security guard station inside. We
will meet there at 3:50 pm there. Be prompt. There is paid parking around the
opera house.

The Tour and Discussion:
The stage setting for Handel's
"Semele" will be on stage the day of thetour.
1.
During the tour Patrick will talk about the capabilities of the stage
and how they set and reset scenery everyday.
2.
During the discussion afterwards Patrick will discuss the basics of
designing a set for an opera.
