The HP Palmtop Tour - Merlin, an interactive, talking tour guide, demonstrates the features of the new HP Color Palmtop PC in an innovative and engaging way. This is the first use of MS Agent Technology on a major site. We worked closely with the MS team and have a strong developer-level relationship with them. Over 100,000 visitors in the first three months stayed an average of eight minutes each going through all the 8 tours. Palmtop sales exceeded performance expectations during the launch period. Additional Palmtop Tour Results

· Press coverage was featured in AdAge, AdWeek, C/Net's News.com, Business Marketing and NetMarketing, NPR (National Public Radio).
· Site was showcased by Intel as an innovate use of technology at multiple events including their Ecommerce Expo in Boston and Developer Conference in China.
· The Companion "Merlin" banner ads directing you to the tour had click-through levels that reached as high as 5x the sites' average.
· Entries for the give-away far exceeded expectations, with 3,000 entries in the first month.
· 52% of the give-away entries comprised the target audience.
